Two sides of the table.
The same gap.
Gastón was building and scaling companies across agriculture, energy, and fintech. Nicolás was structuring them, from legal architecture to investment strategy, and building the ecosystem around them.
Again and again, they met founders solving real operating problems: too early for institutional capital and surrounded by investors who had never run that operation. Parabx exists to close that gap with operator instinct and institutional structure.
