Operators,
not spectators.
Parabx is led by people who have built and scaled companies across the real economy. We invest the way we operated: hands-on, early, and close to the founder.
Two operators who kept running into the same gap, from opposite sides of the table.
Gastón was building and scaling companies across agro, energy and fintech. Nicolás was structuring them, from the legal architecture to the investment strategy, and building the ecosystem around them. Between them they kept meeting the same founder: someone solving a real operational problem, too early for institutional capital, and surrounded by investors who had never run the operation they were being asked to fund.
Parabx is the fund they built for that founder. Not an idea that came from a spreadsheet, but from a decade of watching good companies stall for want of capital that understood them.
Both programs do the same thing: they take people who know how to build companies and teach them how to run a fund with institutional discipline. That is the combination we bring, operator instinct with institutional structure.
